"Keeping Up-to-Date"
The Articles Library was created as a central repository for the articles that I reference in my Weekly Rampages, as well as for other articles that may be of interest to the community. The latest addition to the library is an article on Will W. Rogers, a frequent contributor to, most recently helping out with the "November Is American Indian Heritage Month" Workshop. In addition to his accomplishments as an organist, Will is a talented painter whose inspired work is being exhibited at the Chieftain's Trail Museum/Ridge Home in Rome, GA. The show opened this past Saturday and will be on display until March 1, 2003. I haven't been able to find the article online but Will was kind enough to provide a scan for me to post.
Aside from sometimes not being able to find things online, I have a problem when online articles suddenly disappear without warning. The result is a dead link and that makes a BACHmaster's job of keeping a website up-to-date even harder. Fortunately, other websites usually pick up and post a story before the original website takes the article down for whatever reason. So I browsed through the Articles Library yesterday and replaced all the dead links, indicating them with "(Renewed Link)."
On that note, I'll just say "Thank you, Will!" and "Enjoy the Library!"
